
I've gone to the gym everyday since sophomore year. It's where I get my energy out, it's where I can feel really good about something, and learn and grow in ways that school can't teach me. The gym I go to has kind of become my second home. In fact, I could count on my two hands the only times I couldn't go since sophomore year and the reasons why (family trip, sprained ankle etc).
My favorite things to do at the gym are the classes. I started with spinning, the loud music blasting, and my legs pulsing with the beat. I did it everyday and never got bored. Then during my junior year I overheard some fellow gym goers and spinners I usually rode next to talking about a new sort of exercise called Fitness Kickboxing.
